Fake mail

2019-10-25

Dear clients, yesterday a fake mail with an attachment was sent out to our clients in our name. It does not come from OPO so please don't open it and don't open the attachment.

Thursday morning the 24th of October the mail was sent out to what we believe is the majority of our clients, from a sender that seems to be Leyla Kassem at our customer service. Leyla has nothing to do with this email. It has an attached file that looks like an invoice. All of it is fake. Don't open the email and don't open the attachment. The mail was also sent out to OPO internally and we quickly reacted with a notice on our social media and an email to all clients that have signed up for our news mail.

It is hard to protect oneself against this kind of fraud these days. Our IT guy is looking into it but there is not much we can do. We have taken all safety measurements to be protected against hackers, but it occurs more and more often. None of our clients seem to have had any further problems in connection with this email and we hope it will remail like this.

Now, we would like to wish you all a nice and relaxing autumn weekend!
