Balmuir is a Finnish lifestyle brand, known for premium quality products with a focus on durability.

Balmuir, born in northern Finland, draws inspiration from travels around the world and in the meeting with interesting people. Cities such as Paris, the French and Italian Riviera, Tuscany, Lake Maggiore and Tokyo have been great sources of inspiration and the essence of these places are reflected in Balmuir's luxurious fashion and decor.

Design collaboration with OPO Scandinavia

OPO Scandinavia has been entrusted with developing the brand and designing collections of both optical frames and sunglasses for Balmuir.

The entire collection consists of Eco acetate and can be decomposed without creating micro-plastics. You can read more about Eco acetate here.

The frames for Balmuir are sophisticated with a feminine look. With a perfect fit, they are already a future classic that fits well into the brand's other collections. The OPO design team has also developed a spectacle chain, just right for the conscious wearer.

During the autumn of 2022, a new collection will be presented in collaboration with Balmuir.
